Formerly known as the Nampa Gateway Center, the reimagined and rebranded Sugar District is officially launching with a bold new look, vibrant energy, and a growing lineup of exciting tenants.
The transformation of the center includes a complete façade remodel, landscape overhaul, refreshed parking areas, and upgraded parking lot lighting—enhancing safety and creating a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages. Shoppers will also notice new signage, a new name, and cohesive branding that reflect the center’s renewed sense of purpose and vibrancy.

Exciting additions to the district include the upcoming TownePlace Suites hotel, set to open in late July 2025, offering a modern and convenient stay for visitors. Looking ahead, The Flying Pickle, a highly anticipated indoor pickleball venue, is slated to open in Fall 2025, bringing even more fun and activity to the area.
