Summit Vista will be the largest independent senior living community and the first life plan community in Utah. Located 20 minutes south of downtown Salt Lake City, it will include 1,600 residential units.

The community delivers a retirement experience unlike any other — offering clubhouses, dining options, solarium swimming pool, pickleball courts, community gardens and an extensive variety of programs.

Residents can age in place with independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities — all part of the Taylorsville campus.

Summit Vista is owned by Gardner Group, Wasatch Group, and Solamere Capital, each known for its support of sustainable quality community developments. Gardner Group is the developer of Summit Vista.
