With a Master of Arts in Historic Preservation from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, Mackenzie brings over 15 years of experience specializing in multifamily development.
Before joining Gardner, Mackenzie served as the Director of Real Estate Development for Bridge Investment Group, where she successfully managed joint venture developments, overseeing both predevelopment and construction activities for more than 6,000 units across the country. Prior to that, she held the position of Development Director for Alliance Residential in Denver, CO, where she played a pivotal role in the development of over 2,500 apartment units with a total capitalization exceeding $600 million. Mackenzie’s commitment to excellence and her ability to foster a collaborative working environment make her an invaluable addition to Gardner’s multifamily development team.
