The Shops at Sky View Diversifies by Welcoming Growing Brands
LEHI, Utah — Gardner is pleased to announce the addition of Pizzashop, Stella’s Ice Cream, and Konala to The Shops at Sky View, further expanding the project’s growing mix of dining and lifestyle offerings.
These additions reflect another important part of the vision for Sky View: creating a destination that brings together established brands, growing concepts, and local favorites. The most successful destinations offer a variety of experiences, blending familiar names with distinctive concepts that give people new reasons to visit, gather, and stay.
Pizzashop will bring its signature hand-tossed, stone-baked Brooklyn-style pizzas to Sky View as the company opens its third location. Known for its quality ingredients and approachable atmosphere, the concept has quickly developed a loyal following throughout the region. The addition of Pizzashop further strengthens Sky View’s growing collection of food and beverage offerings.
Stella’s Ice Cream will open its second Utah location at Sky View. The Idaho-based company is known for its handcrafted premium ice cream, fresh-made waffle cones, and family-friendly atmosphere designed to bring people together. With indoor gathering spaces, games, and a variety of dairy-free and gluten-free options, Stella’s creates an experience that extends well beyond dessert.
Founded in 2023 by Trace and Jammie Miller, Konala (Pronounced: Koe-Nah-Luh) is redefining fast food with a focus on healthy, flavorful protein bowls served through a convenient drive-thru model. Inspired by their own commitment to a fit lifestyle and named after their two rescue dogs, Kona and Nala, Konala offers a menu packed with a variety of flavor profiles and nutritious options like Teriyaki Chicken, Greek Steak, and Chicken Burrito Bowls, with bowls containing up to 80 grams of protein. Guests can choose from bases like white or brown rice, greens, or a mix of both. Entirely gluten-free and free of fryers, grills, and a traditional hot, greasy kitchen, Konala stands out in a market saturated with less healthy options. With online ordering, third-party delivery, and outdoor seating, Konala makes healthy eating both delicious and convenient..
