Nampa Gateway Center, located ten miles west of Boise along Idaho’s Interstate 84, is an open-air shopping center built in 2007. Gardner acquired it in 2021 and is currently redeveloping the center. Plans call for a mix of residential, retail, recreational, commercial, technology development, and hospitality uses for a true Live, Work, Play community. Notable tenants include JC Penney and House of Design.
