This Meridian surgical center was designed to meet the immediate needs of St. Luke’s while providing significant flexibility for future growth and expansion. The two-story surgical center is 21,430 square feet and features five operating rooms, supporting preoperative areas, and other ancillary space. Because of Gardner’s collaborative processes and medical facility experience, we succeeded in designing, financing, documenting, constructing, commissioning and delivering the building in less than fourteen months.
