Summit Vista is the first Life Plan Community in Utah allowing seniors to age in place with residential apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care on the same campus. The community broke ground in 2017 and is nearing build-out of the first of five neighborhoods. The neighborhood will host 5 residential towers, a club house, swimming pool, fitness center, salon, library, 3 restaurants, a dog park and more. The development was awarded the largest commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) loan in history for meeting or exceeding energy standards in its design. The all-electric buildings reflect Gardner’s commitment to green building. Summit Vista is a partnership between Gardner Group, Solamere Capital, and Wasatch Group.
