Adobe set the bar in both scale and design for a Silicon Slopes office headquarters. Gardner was the developer for the two-phase project, completing phase one in 2012 and phase two in 2020. The four-story building’s long and narrow structure follows the sightline of the Wasatch Mountains, and the floor to ceiling windows let in abundant light to maximize the open floorplan. The campus is thoughtfully divided into two main sections: an amenities wing and an office wing, strategically designed to encourage connections and foster a strong sense of community among employees. There is a spacious light-filled atrium connecting the two. Some of the features throughout the new office include an employee café, an indoor basketball court, a rock-climbing wall, a game room named “The Bunker” and a fully equipped gym.
