Nampa Gateway Center, is a 75-acre mixed-use development acquired by Gardner in 2021. The partial redevelopment of the center includes future residences comprising 76 two-story townhomes and 162 apartments spread across two 4-story buildings. The location provides convenient access to shopping and dining options nearby, complimented by a selection of onsite amenities. These include a tastefully furnished clubroom with kitchen access, virtual meeting rooms, a fitness center, a pool and spa area to unwind, and a tot lot play area. With sustainability in mind, the buildings will be all-electric and the open spaces are designed with attractive water-conscious landscaping. Construction will begin in 2024.
