Since 1974, Gardner has cultivated enduring relationships with public and private partners, allowing us to invest in quality diverse joint venture projects. We’ve developed over 30 million square feet of commercial properties, including retail centers, residential complexes, offices, industrial facilities, medical campuses, and senior living communities, and we succeed through strong relationships with clients, contractors, municipalities, and various community stakeholders.
Gardner controls over 1,500 acres of prime land in the Salt Lake Valley and the Boise MSA with over a $4 billion construction cost pipeline. This grants us the opportunity to construct up to 4 million square feet of industrial space, 2.5 million square feet of office space, and over 8,500 multifamily units along with senior housing and retail projects.
While we have previously self-funded our projects, our current development pipeline encourages scaling more quickly with LP equity. This strategic shift allows us to harness the full potential of our projects and drive growth.
