In 2014 Gardner celebrated the transformation of a failed corner of downtown Boise into the iconic Eighth and Main building, forever changing Boise’s skyline. At 323 feet at the top of the spire, the 18-story building is the tallest in Idaho with 360-degree views of the city. It features 269,362 square feet of Class-A office and retail floors and is LEED certified. Major tenants include Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Deloitte, Cushing Terrel, Holland & Hart, Parsons Behle & Latimer and Zions Bank. The building is owned and managed by Gardner and offers additional tenant amenities, including private shower facilities on every floor, concierge services, bike share, and dry cleaning.
