Baltic Pointe, Utah’s first mass timber commercial office building, sets a new standard for environmentally conscious design. Engineered wood beams and floor panels replace traditional steel and concrete materials, which omit high levels of CO2 during production. The investment in sustainable construction materials leads to an efficient building process, a lower carbon footprint, and improved occupant well-being. In addition, Baltic Pointe will achieve 52% greater energy efficiency compared to typical office buildings in Utah. Spanning 136,000 square feet over five floors, the all-electric building includes two levels of structured parking with electric vehicle charging and an outdoor terrace featuring a pickleball court. Located in Draper, Utah, near I-15, it offers stunning views of the Wasatch Front, Salt Lake Valley, and Oquirrh Mountains.
