Gardner is partnering with the UNLV Research Foundation to develop a mixed-use research and technology park — a fully master-planned 122-acre business, research, and technology community. With 93 acres dedicated to tech space, the park will drive research, business development, and economic growth in Southern Nevada. Additionally, it will offer 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space. Currently, Gardner has developed a fully leased, 111,000 square foot, 4-story office building. Construction of the T-Mobile Customer Care Experience Center, which will accommodate over 500 agents, is set to be completed by the end of 2023.
