One Utah Center, located at the northwest corner of the Gallivan Center Plaza city block in downtown Salt Lake City, stands as a prominent landmark. Developed in collaboration with the Boyers in the 1990s, this impressive high-rise spans 24 stories and encompasses 435,000 square feet. The tower sits atop a 1,000-car parking structure and the TRAX light rail station runs along the front entrance. The building’s distinctive copper-colored roof and granite exterior finishes pay homage to the historic stone and terra cotta structures that define the city’s early architectural character. Notably, Gardner’s Utah office is housed on the 20th floor.
