View 78, a mixed-use development spanning 200 acres, resides on the former Sharon Steel Mill EPA Superfund site. Its inaugural project is Zion Bancorporation’s LEED Platinum Certified, 400,000-square-foot technology campus. The site is planned for 1.5 million square feet of Class A office, 3,500 residential units and 20,000 square feet of retail space. View 78 offers several community-oriented amenities including a 15-acre park, sports courts/fields, dog parks, trails, viewing areas and open space. The project is strategically located at the confluence of top transportation systems including nearby Gardner Village TRAX stop (with shuttle service) and Frontrunner Commuter Rail, direct vehicle access to Interstate-15 and promotes commuting by bicycle via the Jordan River Parkway Trail.
