Situated along the Jordan River Parkway, the redevelopment reclaimed the contaminated site and now supports native habitats through ecologically focused design and landscaping. As one of Utah’s largest technology employers, Zions accommodates over 2,000 employees at this location. With 75% of its electricity generated from on-site renewable solar energy, the campus exemplifies sustainability and is LEED Platinum Certified. It includes electric vehicle charging stations and offers convenient access to the Historic Gardner Village TRAX light rail station.
